THE COUCHMAN CRISIS 2007
Recently an email was sent and posts made to various public lists by Tom Couchman that there was a 'CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS' within DogsNSW. This too caused DogsNSW to obtain legal advice and that advice was that there was NO crisis. Costs that Couchman as a director knew would cause further damage to the balance sheet. In my opinion this was designed to enable Mr Couchman to obtain more votes for 'his team' through use of voters in his own ward. When questions were asked as to why this 'crisis' suddenly apppeared as an election loomed the silence was deafening.
For those legally minded in Jones -V- Dunkeld where a person in a non criminal matter fails to offer evidence in their own defence it can be inferred that anything they could have said could not assist.
