Problem is no-one has addressed this matter properly. I took the liberty of purchasing my own copy
of the Erskine Park lease. Our original lease has a short time left and we are entitled to a 20 year renewal with an additional 20 years. Castle Hill Showground may be closed and with an already full calendar and overtaxed rings we need to look into how to deal with that should it arise, Firstly, I see current breaches of the lease which could be used to turf us all out unless corrective action is taken. Secondly, I can think of a number of enterprises that fall within the use of the lease that can be utilised to generate a future income and in turn result in an asset rich organisation through proper business management. This is the key to our survival.......making DogsNSW a viable business. There is also the opportunity to expand into other areas and generate further income.
