SPECIALTY SHOW

 

It is not widely known that the American Staffordshire Terrier Club of NSW conducts two Specialty Shows each year. This means that only American Staffordshire Terriers compete instead of the usual all breeds shows. There are special classes where only part of the dog is judged such as best headed, best gaited. If you enter the show you can also enter these "property" classes. You do not have to be a member of the club to show your dog but your dog needs to be eligible to compete in shows.

The next specialty Show will be held on Friday November 18, 2005 at 3.00 pm at the Erskine Park Complex. Entries for that show close on October 21. Visitors are welcome and so are their dogs, however, you should maintain strict control of your dog at all times. Be early to avoid disappointment.
